Returns and Exchanges

At Cozycraftart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our aromatic candles. If you are not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be in the original packaging
• Have been purchased within the last 30 days
• Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us at contact@cozycraftart.world or call +16463600037 within 30 days of purchase
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned candle, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your candle for a different scent, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new candle to you.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Please include photos of the damaged item when contacting us to expedite the process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Cozycraftart is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Candles that have been burned or used
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Items without proof of purchase
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your payment account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
